Buongiorno tutti innanzitutto,
mi presento ,
Cyril, Frencese, Tesoriere della Club MRS Passion,
possessore di un MR MKIII da 6 anni di cui ha i caratteristiche

Vogliamo fare una riunione per i 10 anni del MR MKIII con tutti i paesi vicini (inglese, tedesco, Svizzera, belga...)
ma per ciò, avrò bisogno di un contatto privilegiato nel vostro Club per facilitare l'organizzazione
Se questa persona parla francese, ciò sarebbe molto bene!

French Meeting from MRS Passion - 10 Years of the Roadster
From Thursday 13 May 2010 (arrival planned in the afternoon) to Sunday 16 May 2010 (leaving after Lunch)
In the Alsace Region of France (North East) in Strasbourg http://www.visit-alsace.com/
Staying for the duration of the event in a "Chalets" holiday resort (Thursday, Friday and Saturday night). Each Chalet can sleep from 4 to 6 people and are fully equipped (kitchenette, showers, toilets etc...)and will be on half-board basis (Breakfast and lunch and/or dinner). The remaining meal not included will either be a BBQ or a cooked meal by our French counterparts.
Programme
Essentially driving around the Region from pre-arranged routes with stops along the way to places of interests such as Wineries, Cheese factories etc...
Cost for the weekend (not including Petrol, Ferry crossing and Toll costs)
225 Euros per person, including:
Thursday - dinner and accommodation
Friday - all meals and accommodation
Saturday - all meals and accommodation
Sunday - Breakfast and Lunch
IMPORTANT
Firm booking have to be made by the end of November, Including the payment of a 15€ advance a person
I shall make you spend soon the list of inscription which will be to return at the same time as the payment of the advance
Please start a list if you want to attend.

Non so perchè, ma io ci vedo del buono in questa iniziativa... son convinto che potrebbe servirci anche per ritrovarci come CLUB!

Registrations for the 10 Years of the MR-S anniversary meeting by the MRS-Passion club are officially started.
The meeting will take place in Alsace (France), from Thursday the 13th of May to Sunday the 16th of May.
This meeting will be international as we expect participation from United Kingdom, Germany, Italia, Switzerland and Belgium MR-S owners.
For the accomodations, the MRS-Passion club is renting some bungalows in a complex in Metzeral.
This complex is situated and integrated in the Schlucht-Hohneck natural site.
The bungalows can be used by 4 to 6 persons and are equipped with a little kitchen, a bathroom and toilets.
The complex also has its restaurant so we will be half boarded.
The main activity during the event will be driving on the local B roads but there will be some visiting such as "la route des Vins" (Wines road), Colmar or the typical village of Munster.
The final program is not done yet but here is the main schedule :
- Thursday = Arrival in the afternoon / diner / night
- Friday = breakfast / driving-visiting / lunch / driving-visiting / diner / night
- Saturday = breakfast / driving-visiting / lunch / driving-visiting / diner / night
- Sunday = breakfast / driving-visiting / lunch / End of the meeting
The price for the full meeting is 240 Euros per person.
For a non-full participation, please contact us at cyril@mrs-passion.com in order to determine the corresponding price.
A 15 Euros non refundable deposit will be paid to ensure your booking. (by PAYPAL)
The balance will have to be paid a month before the meeting except in case of cancellation. (by PAYPAL)

Caro Cyrilroc,
non ti preoccupare se per ora non vedi adesioni, perchè spesso le conferme arrivano il più tardi possibile, in effetti così succede pure nei nostri raduni nazionali, ma alla fine ci sono sempre molte macchine!!
Questo meeting è veramente interessante ed in posti bellissimi, ma per molti il problema è sicuramente il lavoro, o la progammazione di un evento così distante.
Da parte mia ti dico che presto (fine novembre/ primi dicembre) provvederò alla prenotazione per me e per la mia ragazza, devo attendere la pianificazione di lavoro e ferie per il 2010 tanto per essere sicuro che potremo partecipare, sebbene fino all'ultimo la nostra partecipazione sarà a rischio.
Spero che si uniranno in molti, vista la connotazione internazionale del raduno, che è sicuramente la cosa più bella!
A risentirci tra pochi giorni per la prenotazione, grazie per la pazienza!

don't worry about our silence, because also organizing our national meeting, sometimes happens that we get the most of confirmation at last, but finally lots of car are involved.
You know, this meeting is really interesting and in such a beautiful place, but many of us have to consider the distance and the time according to the own job and the daily business, so it takes a longer time to get a decision.
About me, I can say that as soon as possible I will book for me and my girlfriend (end of november /first week of december), I just have to know by my office, the 2010's planning of duty and holidays, although my attending could be not sure till May!
So I hope many MR2 owners from Italy will join you, an international meeting is not so usual and we must take this opportunity!!
I will contact you soon, thank you for your patience!
